Terms and Conditions

Please read this before commissionning.

• General
These terms and conditions apply to all commissions placed at Chibevlee. By ordering a commission to her, you accept these terms.• Copyright and Use
The artist keeps all rights of her works, except written agreement.
The client can use the artwork for personal use only (profile photo, private print, etc.).
Any commercial use or modification without permission is prohibited.
If published on the social medias or networks, you have to quote the artist's name.
The artist can publish the artwork on his social medias and portfolio, except otherwise requested by the client.• Cancellation and Refund
The artist allow herself to refuse any commission if it doesn't fit to her morals and values.
The artist will not accept any refund at any step whatever the reason.
If the artist has to cancel the order for a personal reason, a full refund will be made.
An order can be cancelled before the start of work.• Order and Payment
Payments are accepted only via PayPal.
Any order must be placed by contacting the artist on her social networks or by mail.
Half of the payment must be sent as soon as the order is taken, the second half must be send when the final product is finished. Only then the order will be sent to the customer.
Price can vary by the level of complexity.• Processes and Revisions
The image format will be PNG (or JPEG/PDF) in 300dpi.
Its dimensions are usually A5, except if the format is square, in this case the artwork will be 10x10cm.
The dimension can be changed if the customer wishes, but let the artist knows at the beginning of the order.
Three or four initial sketches will be proposed, one (or more) need to be valided.
A number of 2 free revisions is included :
- One before the skech validation.
- One after the colorisation and rendering.
Then 10€ per additional revision.
Any major changes after the validation of the sketch can lead to additional fees.• Delivery and Time
The production depends on the complexity of the order and the current workload. The order will be made on time, but the artist engage herself to produce it as soon as possible.
The image will be sent to you in digital format, as indicated sooner. You can receive it by a wetransfer link or by email. In the second case, please give your email address to the artist.• Contact and Support
